Generations at Meridian - Wilsonville, OR
Our newest project, located on a beautiful 8 acre tree lined parcel in Wilsonville. This Street of Dream’s caliber custom home is 7,200 sqft, and features 5 on suite bedrooms, which includes 2 Primaries. Additionally, there are 4 offices, 6 bathrooms, two stunning covered patios, and a 2100 sqft 5 car garage. No expense has been spared when it comes to all custom finishes and details for this build.
This complicated site requires extensive excavation, landscaping, and installation of all utilities as well. We broke ground on this build in March of 2022, and we will have the project completed and move-in ready before Christmas of this year!

This custom built 2,178 sqft starter home was completed in under 4 months for our client!
It features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and large bonus room.
Although this was built on a budget, we still incorporated nice design touches, and high quality hard surfaces and flooring to give the home a higher-end look and feel.
